So this repack can’t be qualified as Definitive Edition, though it has majority of DE content.

Backwards Compatibility

This repack IS EXTREMELY backwards compatible with my previous MK1 HV repack. The only changed files are setup.exe and fg-04.bin, everything else can be rehashed. Just make sure to rename “Mortal Kombat 1 [FitGirl HV Repack]” folder to “Mortal Kombat 1 [FitGirl Repack]” before rehashing.
