Repack Features

  • Hypervisor Bypass (INTEL & AMD) by DenuvOwO + Goldberg R1 emu applied over
  • Many antiviruses, including Windows Defender are now marking HV files as rootkits, rendering games unplayable. To avoid it either turn off AV completely, or add source/target installation folders to exclusions
  • VBS.cmd script v1.7.2 added
  • Custom launcher added for easier HV steps processing
  • Game version: v1.0.8; All DLCs but HD Texture Pack (Uplay Club Rewards too) are included and unlocked, thanks to DJXavieRO. HD Texture Pack is available as a separate repack
  • 100% Lossless & MD5 Perfect: all files are identical to originals after installation
  • NOTHING ripped, NOTHING re-encoded
  • Selective Download feature: you may skip downloading and installing of voicepacks you don’t need

Having issues with my launcher?

Then do the following steps manually:

  • Make sure you have virtualization tech enabled in your BIOS: VT-x for Intel or AMD-V (SVM) for AMD
  • Run “VBS.cmd” in the game folder – you might want to download fresh version here: https://fitgirl-repacks.unblockninja.st/hypervisor-guide/
  • Press 1 to make necessary changes to the system
  • Reboot and in the loading menu press F7 to disable DSE
  • Run “bin/FarCryNewDawn.exe”
  • Play
  • Run “VBS.cmd” again and press 3 to revert made changes
  • Reboot in the normal, secure mode

HD Texture Pack (Compatible with both v1.0.8 HV & v1.0.5)

The Ultra-HD texture pack will upgrade some of the most common textures in the game, to a new level of visual fidelity, such as characters and weapons. This higher level of detail can be best appreciated while playing the game in 4K resolution, but is not limited to that.

The Far Cry® New Dawn team put a lot of effort to try to deliver a solid and scalable experience to the PC community, so those of you running a 4 GB GPU will still be able to enjoy this texture pack from 1080p to 1440p resolutions.

Those of you with the high-end 6+ GB GPUs, you will be able to play the game in a sharp 4K resolution, along with this, HD textures under standard lighting and shading options.

Last but not least, for those of you that have the MEGA PCs with dual GPUs and more than 6 GB of video ram, you will be able to run the game in 4K. Featuring the HD textures, and with the highest settings of lighting and shading, which take advantage of tech like displacement mapping.

The HD texture pack for Far Cry® New Dawn only impacts the video RAM usage.

Backwards Compatibility

This repack is HEAVILY backwards compatible with my previous repack v1.0.5 of FCND. The only changed files are setup.exe & fg-05.bin, so you can save up to 16.2 GB of traffic by rehashing. Make sure to rename “Far Cry – New Dawn [FitGirl Repack]” to “Far Cry – New Dawn [FitGirl HV Repack]” before rehashing.
